Environmental Policy and Guidance

An Environmental Policy is implemented by an Environmental Action Plan, which is supported by Environmental Guidance.

Action Plans may be company wide or project specific, but in either instance the aim is to uphold the Environmental Policy endorsed by the Company.

The Company has developed concession-specific Environmental Guidance for operating in the concession area as well as for its related infrastructure.

The Environmental Policy Guidance (EPG) have been developed with reference and close consideration to the National legislation, as well as recognized environmental best practice for the oil and gas industry, such as that recommended by IPIECA (www.ipieca.org).
